The New York State Builders Association Hall of Fame is a program that was created in 1999; “to honor individuals who have made significant and lasting contributions to the housing industry in New York State and to the New York State Builders Association.”
The NYSBA Board of Directors selects candidates from all segments of the housing industry and related fields who meet this criterion, and, from time to time, elects members to the New York State Builders Hall of Fame. The Board makes its choices from a list of candidates proposed. Currently the schedule calls for the election process to take place every two years however due to the economic climate there are currently no plans to hold an election this year.
